Megan Cipollini

I am an NYC-based design consultant and licensed real estate broker, with 15 years of experience across real estate, architecture and interior design.

I cut my teeth across functions at some of the most pioneering companies in the design world, not least among them 1stdibs.com, Juniper and Ash Staging. I currently hold my real estate license at Compass where I am a member of the Elevated Advisement Team.

As a design consultant, I offer creative direction and project management tailored to the needs of the seller, developer or private client. As a broker, I represent buyers and sellers as well as landlords and tenants, with a specific emphasis on maximizing investment return within NYC.

I hold a degree in French Language and Piano Performance from Berry College and an MBA in real estate from NYU Stern. Additionally, I attended the NY Paris program at Columbia’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
